  • Where is your shop located?
    The United States.

  • The item I wanted is out of stock, when will it be available again?
    The best way to find out when an item is back in stock is either to regularly check in on the store, or to sign up to newsletter.

  • Where is my order/shipping confirmation?
    It will go to the email you used when ordering, & if it’s not in your main inbox please check your spam/junk folder.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes.

  • How long will shipping take?
    Given the demand for the holiday season, delivery may take one or two weeks.

  • Will I be charged customs?
    Some countries will charge customers for customs. This is out of our control.

  • What do I do if my order has arrived damaged
